How do I know my order has been placed?
Once your payment has been successfully made, we process your order immediately. We will send a confirmation e-mail/sms for your order on your registered email ID/mobile number. A unique Order number will also be mentioned in the communication for future reference. This order number is to be used for all correspondence about the order.
You will be notified at every stage of order processing and fulfillment through emails and SMS. In case of any issue, you’re requested to call our support number or email us. We will try and resolve your query as quickly as possible.
What should I do if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Kalagram within two minutes. If you are not receiving these e-mails, please check:
- Whether you have entered your e-mail address correctly in your profile, and if this email address is still valid. If not, you can notify us by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org , and we’ll correct your address for you.
- If you’re not receiving e-mails even though your e-mail is correct, then they could be going into your Spam or Trash folders. If you still can’t find our notifications in Spam, please get in touch with us at email@example.com
What are the modes of making payment for an order?
We offer different payment options to make shopping easy, convenient, and fun for you.
You can make payments using Credit Card, Debit Card, wallets or Net Banking.
If I missed the delivery of my order today, what should I do?
The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver your order on the next business day in case you miss a delivery. You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again. However, if you find any remarks by Courier Company that seem incorrect, please contact Kalagram support either through call, chat or email.
What should I do if I cannot track my order online?
We keep you – our buyers, updated regarding the progress of the order at every stage in the following ways:
- Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email with your parcel information is sent to you immediately.
- You can track your order using a Unique Order Number and Air Waybill (AWB) number, which is the unique code of your shipment at the courier company’s end. Once the order is shipped, it can be tracked using either the order number or the AWB number.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is dispatched, you get an email as well as an SMS notification from Kalagram with the tracking details of your order.
How can I get a refund in my bank account if I return an order?
While placing return request from Kalagram, you need to select the mode of refund as “Bank Account” and then enter your bank details. Once the returned product is delivered, your refund gets credited to your bank account in 7-16 working days.
How do I remove something from my cart?
Of course, the entire set might not appeal to you. We understand. So, we make it easy for you to mix and match, choose and drop. Head to your shopping cart and find the exact price of every item mentioned next to the product. In case you want to remove an item, just click on the cross next to the product and an automatic removal shall be done. Still confused, contact our customer service! We will get it settled for you, at your choice!
Will shipping charges be refunded in case of return?
Kalagram will not be responsible for reimbursing the amount which you have paid for shipping the parcel back. Customer need to bear the shipping cost while returning the products. In case of orders with free shipping, if you wish to return the product, a nominal amount of shipping cost will be levied and deducted from the amount of refund.
