Cancellation before shipment:
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at “email@example.com” or call us on +91 8875832555 within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellation charges will be levied if you cancel an order before 24 hours of placing the order.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.
Cancellation post shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order 24 hours after placing the order, and when the order has been shipped but has not been delivered on time, then please get in touch with our Customer Support team at “firstname.lastname@example.org”. In these cases, you will have to bear a nominal charge for the shipment as a ‘cancellation fee.’
In case you cancelled an order which was already handed over to the courier company from our end, they may still attempt to deliver it. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
Cancellation post delivery:
- When you receive the product, then it is your responsibility to check the product for any damages before the delivery man leaves. If the product is damaged, you need to make sure that the delivery man leaves with the product so that the product can be replaced, at a later time. Make sure to get in touch with our Customer Support team at “email@example.com” and tell them about your product being delivered to you damaged.
Once we receive the product back and verify its packaging/condition, we will send the fresh piece of the product whose order you have placed to you within 5-7 business days.
- You may return a product that is purchased by you as long as it is done within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. Within those 24 hours, you must contact our Customer Support Team by calling on the number- “8875832555" or emailing us at “firstname.lastname@example.org” or “email@example.com” and ship the product to the address that you received the product. You must share the proof of the shipment of the product as well as bear the shipping charges for returning your product to us.
Once we receive the product back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund 80% of your money within 7 business days, keeping 20% of the money as delivery charges.
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment and within 24 hours of placing the order, we process the refund within 7 days after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation, once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, then we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 7 business days (if any weekends and holidays come in between the 7 business days then they won’t be considered as a part of the 7 business days time period) for the amount to reflect in your account.
